The largest development to be announced by the State Government is the hectare Maribyrnong Explosives Factory site, bounded by the Maribyrnong River. Construction was expected to commence in but has not yet started, the project should take 10 — 15 years to be fully completed. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
